Processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping rates & delivery times
- Orders of $50 or more: FREE standard shipping
- Orders under $50: flat-rate $5.95 standard shipping
- Standard delivery: 3-7 business days after processing
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping delays
We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control. If your package appears lost, contact us and we'll help track it down.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute orders once they've shipped, and reshipping to a corrected address will incur a new shipping fee.
