How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days after processing. You'll get an email with tracking once your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 are a flat $5.95. We currently ship within the United States only.

What if I don't like it?

Every order is covered by our 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy for any reason, email us within 60 days at info@thebeardshopco.com and we'll make it right — with a replacement or a refund.

I'm new. Which kit should I start with?

Start with The Routine Kit ($44.99) — oil, balm, and bar, the daily essentials for a healthy beard. Growing it out? The Growth Kit ($29.99) pairs the derma roller with beard oil. Want everything in one box? The Complete Beard Kit ($119.99) is the full setup.

What's the difference between beard oil and beard balm?

Oil softens your beard and moisturizes the skin underneath — that's where itch and flakes start. Balm conditions too, but adds light hold and shape. Most guys use oil first, then balm.

How often should I wash my beard?

Twice a week is the sweet spot for most beards. Washing every day can dry it out. On off days, rinse with water and use conditioner as needed.

Will these products make my beard grow?

No product can change your genetics — we won't promise that. What a good routine does is keep the beard and the skin under it healthy, which helps your beard look fuller and grow its best.

How do I pick a scent?

Balm and Wash & Conditioner come in 9 scents, with the notes listed right in each scent name. Not sure, or prefer no scent at all? Beard Oil also comes in Fragrance Free.

Can I use a discount code?

Yes — one discount code per order. The current offer is always shown in the bar at the top of the site. Free shipping over $50 applies automatically, no code needed.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes. You can send one as a gift with the recipient's email, a personal message, and a send-on date. Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.
