We make our products in small batches and we stand behind them. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 60 days at info@thebeardshopco.com and we'll make it right — with a replacement or a refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care items can't be restocked — but the 60-day guarantee above still applies. Unopened items in original condition can always be returned.
